Phone keeps restarting

My phone keeps restarting a couple of times a day . It even hangs in the booting process a couple of times till it can properly load.

I had the same issue with the 1st device I received. I got it replaced and now everything works perfectly.

Yesterday it stopped restarting... it won't start anymore. 
Got a RMA , will send it in tomorrow.
