OTG not working

Anybody facing this issue? i am using Type C adapter and micro USB pendrive... working on other phone.

Hey, are you seeing any error?
Also, is the Pendrive FAT32 or NTFS?
Let me know the firmware your phone is on. Can you also share me the OTG cable which you are using?

sandisk dual otg pendrive... ntfs.. latest firmware. no error.. it simply doesn't detect..

ZenFone 6 does not support NTFS. It should ask you to format your drive but you're saying that it doesn't detect you pendrive at all which makes me think it's incompatible
