Not getting system (fota) updates

I have downgraded my Asus 6z from Android 10 to Android 9 due to low battery life. I am not able to get system update for Android 10 after that.
It's showing no updates available.
I heard somewhere that Asus will block system update to some IMEI numbers if downgraded.
Please help me .

Not getting system (fota) updates
We are not blocking because you downgraded but it might be on hold because you decided to downgrade. You will need to manually upgrade to A10 by downloading it from our web page and then you will get FOTA again
