Not able to hear from fornt speaker

Please guide me since we are in lockdown and my phone front speaker I am unable to hear then I have to switch to speaker mode

DUring charging i retarted the phone now it keeps on restarting again and again what is the issue with the phone dont undeerstand , firstly the front speaker went off and now the phone is restarting again and again .kindly can anybody help with such a situation .
