Looked/sounded like you had internal audio selected and not microphone.
If you select microphone, then it will record both internal audio and microphone if you have 3.5mm headphones. I don't remember the behaviour with bluetooth headphones
If you activate the in game microphone in PUBG, then the microphone will disappear as it can not route the signal to both the game and screen recorder at the same time
