Message app bug

When I try to clear message's notification from the notification panel it clears but leaves a blank space of the same size.

Is it a specific app's notification? Have you noticed it with "all" notifications - or limited to specific apps - if so, could you let us know the apps.

Yes its the message app which is bundled in the ROM

Ok thanks - so this happens only with Google's 'Messages' app ?
