Malfunctioning Asus 6Z earphone

It's been only 3 months and the earphone is malfunctioning . The volume drops automatically on plugging in the earphone and also triggers Google assistant repeatedly. Is there anything that can be done ?

Malfunctioning Asus 6Z earphone

Go to authorized service center,
They will replace your earphones.
I also had problem with my Asus 6z earphones, they replaced for me.
Will do it for you too.
