If I toggle the equaliser while listening to music , the sound is cut off in the earphone. I have to unplug and then replug the earphones .

It's been only 3 months and the earphone is malfunctioning . The volume drops automatically on plugging in the earphone and also triggers Google assistant repeatedly. Is there anything that can be done ?

After updating my phone to Android 10 the proximity sensor isn't working. I even tested in smmi test but nothing happened .it worked fine in pie.

After updating my Asus Zenfone max pro m2 to the latest .71 fota update, my mic doesn't work when the phone is held near the ear. Is this a software bug ? Kindly help ASAP
