Hi , please help,
1- Phone goes to black screen as soon as i pickup the call and screen does not come back even with power button use till the time person on the other side hangs-up. (calls Including whatsapp and other apps )
*Not using any cover and tested after removing screen guard, no help.
2- My 6z does not respond to the flip camera button on camera app, however works with volume rocker button, I am not using any cover and have also checked post removing the the screen guard, it still does not work
