I get temperatures like this while charging. Mobile was switched off while charging.
PS : i got this phone 2 days ago.

I do have 10W charger. But is it normal to heat like this using inbox charger? If not then I can replace my phone thanks to 10 days replacement policy of flipkart.

Yeah, it seems normal. As far as you don't put it on pillow while charging it should be fine.
