Did you guys find any system ad-ons like Google vr services, Google pdf reader etc in your app drawer. If you see them please let me know.

Yess. It wasn't there before i formatted. And now I have tried formatting my device twice but still this issue persists.

My device is getting messed up each time I factory reset.
1)I'm finding all the extensions in app drawer.
2)I had icon badge to number the number of messages when i formatted first. After second reset I'm not able to find that option, only notification dot is available.
I don't know what else are messed, need to find out.

Even Google pdf reader is outside in app drawer. That was missing after i reset my phone and I had to download it from Google Play. Device is messed please do help
