IMEI number not matching in exchange offer on Amazon and flipkart

When I try to exchange my Asus Zenfone 6 on flipkart and Amazon it displays IMEI number not matched. Can anyone help with this issue?

Actually the Zenfone 6 was the name of an older phone as well and all websites haven't corrected it. Try to find Asus 6z only
