Rooted or not: Not
I didn't receive the Android 11 update yet. What can I do? It's Brazilian Version.

Hi.
Same here. I'm located in Germany. Have two Zenfone 6. One of those was updated immediately at the beginning of January.
On the other phone I get the information on available update but when I hit the update button it says there's no update available.

That's weird especially because I'm getting information on new update available. 🤷

Just found this link to update file directly via ASUS

Downloaded and updated manually yesterday and everything works out fine. Have no issues so far.
Just download the file, copy it from download directory into the root directory of the phone (via Filemanager) and restart the phone.
Update file will be detected automatically and is now ready to be installed.
