I can't select the DTS option on the audio wizard.

psnandroid21This happens when AudioWizard detects a DTS multichannel track playing in the background. I'm guessing this wasn't the case? Maybe it got stuck after you had played some DTS demo trailers? If it always says multichannel, go to system settings -> apps & notifications -> see all xxx apps -> three dot menu in top right corner -> show system -> search audio -> enter both audiowizard apps -> storage & cache -> clear storagehttps://us.v-cdn.net/6031231/uploads/591/YBBY5V8X9QDD.mp4
Till today I was able to do it but now when I went to the audiowizard this was the result.
Any solutions?
