How to turn on mobile data for Sim 2 in Version WW-17.1810.1910.68

There is no option for turning on Sim 2 data. Can anybody help?
I am also facing a bug: recents never gets cleared completely. Once cleared, it comes again (but only the last opened app).
I updated the 6z today by manual mode.

Settings-> Network & Internet-> SIM card -> Data service network
Choose your data SIM there

You can only have mobile data on for one device.
If it is activated on SIM1, you cannot activate it also for SIM2.
To change which SIM is the active data SIM, follow the guide by mastervishikh above.

As for the "Recents" not being cleared completely, we'll also have a look.
