Since the latest system update, I have noticed an error in the displayed mobile signal strength, there is always maximum or near-maximum coverage, even though web pages barely load. Others using the same network have one or two dashes.

Sounds like a bug maybe the update messed with signal reporting. I had a similar glitch once while looking up seo penalty removal services, and pages wouldn't load despite full bars.
