flashing stock rom

anyone know how can we install the stock rom manually using pc?
like downloading full latest rom from asus website and manually flashing the full rom

Moderators from Asus ,please help , phone completely unusable . Only one thing what is working ,is Fastboot utility on pc , can detect phone and shows serial number . But update or Rom file (zip) needs to be in different format ,if flashed via fastboot. Emergency menu not working, bootlooping like android itself, only Asus logo . Please help how to reflash from pc . 8/256 eu version

You're not supposed to flash the phone using any other method than via OTA or the one I linked to as this may void your warranty. If you can't access your phone, please contact ASUS Service Center
