earphones left earpiece if less louder as compare to right earpiece

i dont know weather its just me or not, my earphones left earpiece if less louder as compare to right earpiece.
sound we get from right earpiece is comparatively more loud that what we get from left one,
earphones that comes with ASUS 6Z/ ZENFONE 6.

Could be a defect in your bundled headphones. Have you tried with others?

seems like it, as my other headphone is working perfectly fine
