I want to know if the new Asus Zenfone 6 ZS630KL can be charged to the 5v USB jacks of cars, since the
specifications of the mobile phone's power adapter indicates 9v, not 5v?

You can use the car's adapter 5V to charge your phone, and the charging speed will be slower than using 9V.
