cannot reject call with message after .133 update

After the .133 update I cannot reject a call with a message by swiping down. On the call screen when I swipe down to the message icon nothing happens.

I might be wrong but to my knowledge, this has never been possible. You've been able to swipe up (and you still can) if you want to reply a call with a quick message

I see, so it does work when you swipe up from the message icon. It just felt natural to swipe the white dot over the message icon as you would do the same to answer or decline the call. Thanks for the answer !
