Whenever I'm trying to open wide and portrait camera which always hanging and not opening which showing an error attached screenshot.

Try this. Long press your camera app icon and select app info. Storage & cache and clear storage.
If that doesn't help, then backup your data, factory reset your phone and try again. If it's still not working, then it's most definitely hardware issue and you're device is in need of repair

restart should solve this kind of issue (if we use gcam or any other, these issues are bound to happen)

I'm also facing this same issue since a week. Hopefully with next update this problem should get resolved.

I had been facing with similar issue. But after today's update I guess my problem has been fixed. No freezing of wide angle and portrait mode in camera Asus 6z
