Camera turns on everytime open/close Instagram app

Frequency of Occurrence: everytime I open or close Instagram app my camera pops up.

Sounds strange. Are you swiping from below or from the left side? Have you tried to clear the storage of you instagram app? Maybe you could post a video of this behavior?
