CAMERA SLOW LOADING

I got the Zenfone 6 ZS630KL and when I open up the camera sometimes it takes like 5-8 seconds (with a black screen) to load up and then sometimes it just pops up real quick with no problem at all.
Is this a common issue? What should I do with this? Is this something to do with my sd card? I'm using the phone memory by the way as storage and not the sd card.

How often does it take 5-8 seconds and how often is it fast? Does this happen with regular pictures or when you open the camera from within a 3rd part app?

It's a serious issue, it takes 5-10 seconds to click a picture feels irritating when you compare it with OnePlus phones, even with 6T

No, it never happened to me.
Aren't you using the Asus launcher? I am using Nova launcher.

It was same with me
