My phone skips a shot now and then... Sometimes i couldn't find the Shots I have just taken...! Is there any issues with the software..?

Hi, can you please tell me as much details as possible. Like, are you using the photo mode or portrait mode? Are you saving your photos in the internal storage or SD card?
