Camera Glitch -- ASUS ZenFone 6

Dear ASUS ZenTalk,

I unfortunately am experiencing an issue with my ASUS ZenFone 6, insofar as there are multiple camera glitches in both Snapchat and the Camera application, as attached. How are these issues rectified?

But before you reset your phone, try and go to your cameras app info and clear its storage. You find it by long pressing your camera icon

I have both reset my phone and cleared the camera information -- no change. There has been no hardware damage to the device, and it hasn't been dropped or knocked anywhere. Any further ideas?

If you reset the phone to no avail, and there is no physical damage, then you have nothing to worry about. Contact your local ASUS repair center to have it repaired in warranty.
