Camera bug

I am not geeting the button which use to move the camera all the way. This button was at the bottom right corner while using app like snapchat and whatsapp video call

Settings / Advanced / Flip camera features / Flip camera toolbar / On

I found camera has some problem when I click photo & videos to lighting I got reflection on photo like some dots
