after upgrade to Android 10,the camera can be opened but cannot take any photos or video. The gallery can be opened but all photos gone, I took a screenshot but still not appear in the gallery. I have already restarted the phone twice but still not working.

Can you try to reset your Gallery and Camera app data?
You do it by long-pressing the camera icon and then press "App Info (the little "i" icon) " in the popup menu.
Go to "Storage & Cache" -> Clear Storage.
Do the same for Gallery.
It wont remove your photos but rather restore the Gallery data to defaults.
