Call ended when ear touching the airplane mode soft button accidentally

when resitting my ear to the speaker on the top edge of the phone, sometimes the sensor is not able to tell I'm in a call so that it incorrectly taking softkey presses while I'm moving slightly and when part of my ear touching with the airplane mode softkey, the call dropped!
