Broken HDR10 playback and focus in slow-mo

HDR10/HLG video playback seems to be broken - shows SDR video (no contrast, foggy video) rather than HDR10. This happens with all the media player - tested with photos app, stock gallery app, youtube. Example video for testing - [link] (this happens when the app is viewed normally, when swiped up to view recent apps, HDR kicks in for some time during the transition)
Tap to focus is broken in slo-mo - when tapped once it locks the focus but when tapped again (2nd tap) on a distant subject it doesn't focus
