Goggle shows offline in mobile data

Goggle shows can't connect to internet when used in mobile data. It works fine on wifi. Even youtube doesn't load it's content when used with mobile data. I am not receiving email with mobile data. Please tell me how to fix this

I recently checked for Google Phone app in the play Store and it is available to download for asus 6z (or) zenfone 6 officially.I just wanted to share if anyone likes Google Phone app like me.if you so check it out in play store.
