Asus launcher keeps stopping after updating to Android 10

Can you factory reset? If you can connect the phone to a PC and back up your data first that might be a good idea.
If the phone already updated to Android 10 correctly a factory reset should clear this issue.

You can also try this before you reset.
Go to settings -> apps & notifications -> see all xxx apps -> scroll down to ASUS Launcher -> storage & memory -> clear storage
