I left the phone for charging when I picked it up again it didn't respond. Tried all the suggestions on the internet it still didn't start. So I took it to the service center and they said its a motherboard failure. This has happened just 3 months after the warranty period. Now the replacement costs two thirds of the phones cost.
Now I have seen in this very forum that this model has seen motherboard failures because of a firmware/motherboard issue and Asus knows this manufacturing defect exists. Will Asus cover the cost of repair?
