The real question is why it goes out in batches while apple for years have been able to release their OS updates for everyone at the same time ?

apple is big... they have strong servers to support multiple users..

@Preym No need to wait. I did it manually. You just need minimal ADB setup and you can install it using a PC to your phone. Unlock/ROOT not required for official update.
