App is not getting cleared in Android Q

While closing the app from multitasking, sometimes it is not getting cleared up from the memory. Which tremendously affects the battery life. Please find the attached SR for the reference. Thank You @Anders_ASUS @LP_ASUS

BTW I use Optiflex, but I do not have this problem.

@CH_ASUS I tried disabling it but the issue still persist
