App is not getting cleared in Android Q

While closing the app from multitasking, sometimes it is not getting cleared up from the memory. Which tremendously affects the battery life. Please find the attached SR for the reference. Thank You @Anders_ASUS @LP_ASUS

Try to disable Optiflex, see if it makes any difference. And that apps stay in memory in general is not a "tremendous effect" on battery life. Unless it is actively working even in the background (then generally that is more indicative of something wrong).
