I doubt they'll have A11 beta for a mid ranger (given xioami's track record)
The only Xiaomi phones confirmed to get A11 is Mi 10 as far as I know (plus it's a 2020 device)

I just checked Xiaomi note 8pro isn't listed in the beta program
The only Xiaomi device to get the beta is Mi 10
