18.0610.2101.127 Notification panel visual bug

Hello. After update, bug with cutted off clock was fixed, but there is some other bug in current version. Labels "manage", "delete all" and "no notifications" are placed too low than they should be. Screenshot attached

Also when i expand some of the notifications by clicking the small arrow it's getting cut by the follow up notifications, For now i don't have a screenshot i will attach one when it happens again do anybody have the same issue?

Just screenshots won't do me any good. I need screenshots plus logs.
