Which firmware version are you currently on? (settings> system > about phone > software information> build number)
Please kindly try to restore the mobile manager app and update to the latest version from the Google Play store.
(settings > apps & notifications > app info> mobile manager> storage & memory >clear data and cache.)
If this problem still exists, please show me this error screenshot and mobile manager app version.
