I'm trying to connect my phone to the WiFi at the hotel. The router redirects me to a web page to log in, but I can't complete the operation. The web page shows the following message: error: no mac detected error!! cannot find ethernet. please restart your browser and try again I've tried to reboot my phone, and toggle my WiFi, but nothing seems to work. My wife has a zenfone 2 which connects without problems. Is there anything I can do? Thanks Mario

Hi mariobev, Is the problem still appearing right now? We would suggest you check if the problem is still appearing in the latest firmware version WW-16.0615.1907.105. Thank you 🙂
