Firmware Version: WW_15_0610_1801_42
Rooted or not: NOT
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Unlock Device App

The program does not unlock the bootloader, writes (An unknown error occurs, which may be a network connection issue. please wait and try again later)

I have the same problem with my TF300T...still have not found a solution. I would be awesome if asus support can do something about that.

Guys, there still have other way like unofficial *root to unlock your pad. Go search on XDA may help you, Pad users!

I have the exact same issue with my new Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL, WW Z012D). Tried both in the latest available Android N update WW_14.2020.1712.85 and in the latest Android O version available for my phone (WW_15.0410.1807.75) and with both unlock tool versions. Still I always got the same error after multiple tries (as others have shared). My phone isn't rooted.
Isn't there an updated version of the unlock tool for my Zenfone 3 variant (ZE552KL)? Though there is one for ZE520KL! (which, of course, isn't compatible with my phone)

im not sure which topic has mentioned your model cause I’m not in the same model. But I’m sure official unlock tool is not the only way.
