Please try resetting your network settings and try again. (Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi,mobile & Bluetooth).Please try clearing cache & data of the apps that have this message.
If the problem still appears, please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software informationPlease tell us the app names and versions that this notification appears in.
