Unable to use Asus Data Transfer

Hi everybody, I'm a new owner of an Asus Zenfone 5Z and I'm trying without success to use Asus Data Transfer application between my new Asus device and a Samsung Galaxy S7. Happen every time that after trying to connect to the hotspot apper message "Unable to connect to tue hotspot". How can I solve?

How to update the firmware: Please go to settings>system >system update.
