Touch error using phone when charging

Asus is irresponsible Everytime
After latest update 100.10.107.110 touch error faced using my phone when my phone is connect charging
Everytime Asus is got me disappointed
Asus every update is full of bugs why Asus why?
Many problem faced like battery drain very fast or battery backup is very poor
Who's is there same problem faced as me plz tell me
Asus plz fix all problem as soon as possible

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
4. Last option would be to visit
the service center to have a check. Locate here:

में किसी दूसरी company का charger use कर रहा हूं लेकिन वो fast charger है उसके voltage Asus के original adapter के voltage के same है और मेरी cable Asus की original cable है

मेरा जो charger है दूसरी कंपनी का वो भी 18 watt की charging support करता है

तो क्या bro ये वास्तव में चार्जर की problem है क्या आपके फोन की battery backup सही है आपकी battery drain नहीं होती ??

Please sir बताए क्या मुझे Asus का original adapter लेना चाहिए

क्या ये battery backup problem adapter की वजह से है ? Please reply me sir

18 watt nhi! 9v or 2a likha hai?? 6v or 3a bhi ho skta hai... 3v or 6a bhi ho skta hai. Try using 9v and 2a which is either mi fast charger or asus 18w charger.
