Only a stable version gets updates and because android 10 is still in Beta it doesnt get any updates.
And if it stays in Beta it is officially EOL.

Apparently... Leaving a beta as the last update was a really lame move. First and last asus for me.

9 Android — is a powerful, well-made combine. Android 10 ASOP version — awful version of the combine it's frustrating. There was no need to release a raw product. Unprofessional work.
