Screen double tapp problem

After new OTA updated device double tap to wake up screen not working properly...some how internet speed also reduce...?

Thank you for your asking. I have tested 30 times of double tap to suspend & to wakeup on latest firmware version V123, and both functions perform properly. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.

Keep checking for 15-20 days then you will notice.
After 15-20 days it doesn't work again we have to toggle it off and then on again. @Christine_ASUS

Double tap to wake up not working (Many users started reporting this problem after latest jan patch .123 firmware version.
Happens if device is kept idle for long time or is on a single page doing anything for long minutes/hours Double tap misbehaves.
You should try mentioned step as well after @Debasish Sahoo steps.
Continous Double Tap Doesnt have Any problem and so even after checking 30 times you havent face that issue. @Christine_ASUS

Thank you all for your reply. Please note that double tap functions highly involves hardware support. If the functions are not as sensitive as before, kindly bring your device to the nearest repair center for hardware checking.
Does "double tap stops react after long time using" appear in any specific app? Please put the behavior under observation. Because I can use double tap to suspend & to wakeup properly, if you encounter this issue, please wake up double tap function by pressing the power key and check third party app disturbance.
