Frequency of Occurrence: Continuously since 27/10/2021

Continuously facing this issue of non focus of Rear camera of the mobile phone Asua Zenfone 5z. Tried using in Normal working conditions. Also tried resetting camera settings to default bit the problem was not fixed.

resetting the system will not help. Options, go to the service or buy a new smartphone, of your choice

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Go to Camera settings & try changing focus mode
2. Clear cache & storage of Camera App after backing up & disable/re-enable camera App
3. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode.
4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
