NOTIFICATIONS ARE SHOWING ONLY AFTER OPENING THE APP

Hi Asus Team,
since last update I am unable to see the notifications on my phone until i open the app.
I have tried resetting the app preferences and allowed all the notifications to run in background and haven't restricted any app.
When I reset the app preferences, the notifications appears for 3-4 days and then the above issue comes again. I cant reset app preferences after every 3-4 days as i have lots of apps and I have to do the changes from beginning.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

one thing i have noticed today that the notifications comes and goes lile flash and they don't remain in notification bar... Kindly suggest of any settings are there need to change.

1. Try rebooting phone.
2. Make sure you have disabled 'data saver' feature.
3. Check if problem occurs for a particular application.
4. Check if you have disabled notifications.
If the problem still persists, perform steps mentioned by @victor2020.

I have resetted the phone and it is working fine now.
