No service on sims with asus zenfone 5z

The carriers of sim are showing no signals even if the network's are good,sim is tested in other phones.It just goes to no service mode.
The carriers are just showing no signals.This is dangerous in emergency situation.How to communicate

Please try either restarting the phone, or switching the SIM card locations between 1 and 2, or both.

Iam also facing the no service issue asus please rectify very urgently, as i will be traveling every day i am facing lot of problems with out no service issue. Swapping Sims and restarting and factory resetting the phone all the primary activity completed please look into the software issue instead of giving advice.

I have switched Sims, restarted,do the factory reset as well but it does not solved the problem.The sim is working in other phones.
Please help me fix this issue
