Is your firmware currently on the latest WW-16.0615.1903.92?
If yes. Does this problem appear if you in a different location?
Could you please help me use another SIM card of different operation for a check?
Please kindly try to follow below tips.
(1.) Settings > dual sim card settings > please disable sim card and enable again.
(2.) Power off your phone > re-put sim card > turn on the phone
(3.) turn on airplane mode > for 3 seconds > then turn off it.
