Issue msg notification

Hi ALL, please im facing a issue with app notification when my cellphone screen is blocked. I have an Zenphone 5 selfie, Android 7.1.1. I didnt change the original configuration, I dont use the economic battery modelo and all app notifications are on. Tks for any help 😊

Hi, I didnt have receveid the notification from app when the cellphone is blocked. The notification works when I get the screen desblocked.

Hi krusticci, Good day. Do you mean you have no receive app's notification while sleep mode? If yes. please kindly tell me which app do you use? Which firmware version are you currently on? (settings> system > about phone > software information> build number) Thank you. 🙂

Hi Emilee, it id correct. The main app that I use os WhatsApp, andar I have nota recebe notification from It while the phone is on sleep mode. The version of kernel is 3.18.31 nov7. 2018 Nmf26f.ww-phone-14.0400.1810.061-20181107
